The seminar
Understand. Sketch. Prototype. Test. Five days that turn an idea into a validated prototype.
Many innovation processes take months. Teams get lost in alignment meetings before users are ever consulted. The Design Sprint does things differently.
The Design Sprint Workshop by Brainbirds takes teams from problem definition to a tested prototype in five days. Unlike the classic Google Design Sprint, Brainbirds focuses on viability from an early stage: following the principle of “fail early to succeed faster”, unviable approaches are not pursued. Teams leave the sprint with direct user feedback and clear next steps.
The Design Sprint Workshop is available as an open workshop in Munich (Maxvorstadt) and Live-Online. Organisations can book the workshop as an in-house event: flexible scheduling, adapted to their own challenge.
Key outcomes
- From problem to prototype in five days: work through all sprint phases in a structured and targeted way
- Make ideas concrete quickly and collect customer feedback: user tests already on day five
- Eliminate economically unviable approaches early: concentrate resources on the most impactful ideas
- Develop better products and services faster: move into implementation with validated insights
Your benefits
Facilitators with Design Sprint Experience
All Brainbirds trainers have facilitated Design Sprints themselves and know the typical pitfalls in the process. They guide teams through all five phases without slowing the sprint down.
Viability from the Start
The Brainbirds Design Sprint focuses on viability earlier than other formats. Unviable approaches are deliberately eliminated before they consume resources.
Central Location in Munich
The open workshop takes place at the Brainbirds Training Center Munich: easily accessible, calm working atmosphere, professional facilities.
AI Playground Included
No separate module: AI is integrated into all sprint phases and available from day one.
