The seminar
Mindset. Ideation. Prototyping. Two days that change how problems are solved and ideas are developed.
Many teams solve the wrong problems. They think in solutions too early, before truly understanding users. Design Thinking addresses exactly this.
The Design Thinking Seminar by Brainbirds gives professionals and leaders the craft they need: internalise the Design Thinking mindset, work through all phases from Understand through Ideate to Test with confidence and validate prototypes quickly with real users. On day two, participants conceive and facilitate their own Design Thinking workshop.
The Design Thinking Seminar is available as an open seminar in Munich (Maxvorstadt) and Live-Online. Organisations can book the format as an in-house event: flexible scheduling, adapted to their own team structure.
Key outcomes
- Internalise the Design Thinking mindset: think user-centred and understand problems before solutions
- Work through all phases with confidence: from Understand and Observe through Ideate to Prototype and Test
- Build prototypes quickly and test them with real users: validate ideas early and develop them deliberately
- Conceive and facilitate Design Thinking workshops: apply the method effectively in your own team

Participants work on a real innovation challenge during the seminar. Design Thinking is not explained but applied directly to a genuine question.
Central Location in Munich
The open seminar takes place at the Brainbirds Training Center Munich: easily accessible, calm working atmosphere, professional facilities.
AI Playground Included
No separate module: AI is integrated into all Design Thinking phases and available from day one.
