Malte brings over 15 years of experience in international strategy and management consulting, including a dual study programme with Mercedes-Benz Group AG in Stuttgart, Singapore and Santiago de Compostela. Since 2016, Malte has held the professorship for Human Resource Management and Organisation and serves as Academic Director MBA at IU International University of Applied Sciences in Bremen and Berlin. At Brainbirds, Malte guides international corporations and mid-sized companies in leadership development, organisational development and AI. Malte's research focuses on the digitalisation of work, remote collaboration and new working environments.
