The seminar
OKR Cycle. Planning. Workshops. Two days that change how organisations steer goals.
Many organisations fail not because of missing goals but because of missing method. OKR creates clarity, focus and ownership. Without a structured introduction, OKR stays theory.
The OKR Seminar by Brainbirds gives leaders and project managers the craft they need: design the complete OKR cycle, plan and facilitate OKR workshops and embed goals effectively in teams and organisations. Participants leave with a finished OKR set for their own context.
The OKR Seminar is available as an open seminar in Munich (Maxvorstadt) and Live-Online. Organisations can book the format as an in-house event: flexible scheduling, adapted to their own team structure.
Key outcomes
- Set clear priorities: lead teams without micromanagement and strengthen focus across the organisation
- Design the complete OKR cycle: from planning and check-in to retrospective
- Plan and facilitate OKR workshops: secure results and guide the process in the team effectively
- Embed OKR in your own organisation: build acceptance and establish the cycle sustainably
