Steffi brings over 20 years of experience as a user experience designer and Design Thinking expert, working with mid-sized companies, global corporations and start-ups. Before founding a strategic design consultancy, Steffi worked as a freelance designer in London, Barcelona and Munich, and has been working regularly with remote teams since 2000. At Brainbirds, Steffi guides organisations through Design Thinking, Innovation with AI and User Experience Design. As a mentor at Google Launchpad and co-founder of a Conversational AI start-up, Steffi combines deep design expertise with AI competence.
